President

As a Florida Certified General Contractor Edward Stroop has 36 years experience in the construction industry. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1981 with a degree in Architecture. Edward has managed, directed and been financially responsible for every aspect of the Construction and Architecture trades. Edward is a hands-on owner responsible not only for the business management of the company but oversees all construction aspects of the company.

Lesa Stroop

Vice-President, Designer

Lesa has worked in the construction field for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. Through the university, she studied the form and function of architecture in Florence, Italy. Lesa is also a Florida-licensed real estate agent. Allowing her to help assist you in finding your next property for your project.

Construction Manager

Chet is a graduate of Ferris State University with a BA in Business management and Project management. Chet is experienced in delivering projects on time and in budget with a focus on quality. His years of experience in the construction industry as a project manager has developed his excellent communication and leadership skills. Chet’s experience overseeing teams of tradesmen to provide a quality project on time and in budget with the customers desires at the forefront, is his goal on every project.

Louvie is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with 20 yrs of experience in construction and interior build-outs for Hotels, Commercial Spaces, Residential, and Restaurants. Louvie’s years of experience in the fast-paced construction industry allow him to collaborate with multiple teams and projects at one given time. He manages the day-to-day communication and assists the flow of operations of our team and ensures the delivery of each project within the schedule, budget, and quality that meets client expectations.

TAYLOR STROOP

Project Manager, Chattanooga

Taylor is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with a BA in Industrial Design. Presently in his role as Chattanooga Branch Operator, he manages day-to-day operations and oversees projects in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. His attention to detail and constant communication provides exceptional delivery of projects for our clients. Taylor’s projects have included residential, commercial, and dental projects. Schedule, quality, and attention to detail are his strengths in providing for a successful project completion!
